Lead Consultancy
When required by the Client, Mikhail Mandrigin Associates undertake the role of the Lead Consultant responsible for all aspects of the building design process. As Lead Consultant, in addition to its architectural design duties, MMA also co-ordinates the all the design disciplines and manages the activity of the other design team members, engaged on a sub-contract basis to carry out the structural and MEP engineering and other specialist design disciplines required on the project.
